      Pros

      Great company culture, people there are great. CEO David Decker Jr was very personable and knew every person's name. Free food in the break room, lots of snacks, free services, and amenities. Lots of catered lunches and team building activities. Clean place to work with standing and sitting desks and really nice bathrooms.

      Cons

      Open areas made it difficult for privacy and to get work done. Women were seldom promoted. Men seemed to be more valued than women.

      The best part of working at Nexio was the people there. I appreciated the friendly environment, collaboration between teams, and the values they promoted. They also have the best company parties ever.

      Cons

      There is a lack of standardized company policies and procedures.
