      Pros

      Love the flexibility, ability to chose locations/classes to teach that work with my schedule! I'm a full time student, and the pay/hour and low time commitment make Nexplore a perfect part time gig.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult to get to schools/bring large equipment needed for classes.

      Pros

      One of the most rewarding aspects of the role was working with the instructors, which I genuinely enjoyed.

      Cons

      It lacked structure and proper training, the work environment was often chaotic, and there were concerns regarding leadership and discrimination.
