Amazing atmosphere, couldn't have chosen better coworkers and management if I tried.

I feel like I haven't come across too many major flaws with the company. I am not a big fan of RPro, which is the program they use for their inventory, and it can be a hassle sometimes.
- On floor staff are some of the greatest poeple you will ever meet and many are still lifelong friends of mine
- Access to industry discounts and industry sales
Cons
- Very mismanaged
- Overbearing and disrespectful owners (specifically Deek)
- Unwillingness to change or adapt
- Terrible buy strategies that suck the company dry of money
