I had the privilege of working as an RBT with Next Level ABA for about two years, and I can honestly say it has been one of the most meaningful and fulfilling experiences of my professional journey. From day one I felt welcomed, valued, and supported by everyone on the team.
The people here make all the difference! My boss was one of the kindest and most understanding leaders I have ever met because he was always approachable, respectful, and genuinely invested in both his clients and his employees. My supervisors went above and beyond to make sure I was confident and comfortable in my role and where I worked. They consistently provided thoughtful feedback, encouragement, and guidance, especially when I faced challenges with my client. Their mentorship helped me grow so much as a professional and a person, it was such a joy to work with them.

There wasn’t a physical building but that never mattered because the communication was amazing, and I had plenty of opportunities to meet my boss and supervisors in person.
