Pros
Some amazing, dedicated, and bright individuals work here. There are many passionate leaders who really have a sense of pride and ownership over the work they do for our clients. It's not a surprise when the majority have either owned their own businesses, freelance, or have worked for other agencies in their careers. There is also a mix of recent graduates that are hungry to learn, which makes for quite a dynamic environment. Clients and employees have tripled since I've been here. The rapid growth naturally lends itself to opportunity for experienced individuals who strive to do more with their careers. My favorite thing about working here is being with my fellow leaders-in-arms. We all aspire to make this company excel, and we all work hard to make things happen. We all run our ideas and innovations by each other before putting anything into process.
Cons
As with any Digital Marketing Agency, you have to be ready to perform at a high level. The day-to-day can be stressful, and you need to be on your A-game consistently. There are no handouts. The environment is high-level, and this can be daunting to the average person. Time management and properly prioritizing your day is crucial to your success.
