Short projects and always on delivery tension. No proper visibility on future assignments. They really don’t care people. We are like work machines for them and always asked to extend hours to deliver the code. If you find a job, better to move on immediately before they kick you out. They kick the employees out with out proper intimation. I saw many of my colleagues who left in a day notice. They simply call and inform “today is your last day and logoff immediately”. They will not give you a single minute to draft your last email to your colleagues with whom you might have worked for years. Imagine how it will be.. waking up in the morning and login to start your work day and immediately get a call from your boss who tells that today is your last day and deactivate all your accounts
