Pros
- Great people. Smart, hardworking, fun people you'd actually like to hang out with - Good work/life balance - Product has potential Could be good for experienced folks but hard place to start early in your career
Cons
- Requirements keep changing or were never clear to begin with - There aren't really mentors or managers so you're left to figure a lot out on your own which means learning doesn't really happen or takes a lot longer - Deadlines are given and missed over and over (for months)
