Pros
A lean team with all senior strategists, you're really able to learn A LOT from your colleagues at NextLeft. Because we're a relatively small team, everyone is pretty close and you can tell by how casual and relaxed the culture is. Our internal joke is that NextLeft is the agency you go to when you're tired of being ground down at other agencies. It's also a very flexible work place with primarily 9 to 5 hours. New office in La Jolla Shores is awesome too.
Cons
A lot of growth happening over the last few months which can cause growing pains, but the direction is clear and the growth is being done in a smart way.
