Pros
Friendly coworkers, relaxed office atmosphere, provide snacks and lunches to employees, able to see a lot of the country
Cons
Upper management doesn't care about the employees. Upon leaving on good terms, I never heard a word from anyone in upper management. CEO charged me with a customer's $200 bar tab instead of allowing it to be expensed. No work/life balance as they expect you to work almost every weekend. When I left, the company took $800 out of my final paycheck as they had forgotten to charge me for health insurance for the previous year. 13 vacation days including weekends, so if you have 6 weekends with plans, your vacation is gone for the entire year.
