      Nothing that I can think of

      Cons

      No loyalty to anyone. Senior management is unaccountable to anyone. Laid off with terrible severance package while the founders friends all stayed on. Promised benefits required jumping through hoops to get. Company will probably run out of cash soon since there is no revenue in sight. The technology is late to market and competitors will eventually catch up.

      Great place to work and grow. Everyone I interacted with was genuine and professional leading to a prosperous work environment.

      Pros

      Team and engineers are good.

      Cons

      Senior Management and CEO not very good. Poor leadership skills of CEO. Made a non-political environment, highly political and toxic. People have to watch their back constantly. CEO wants to be surrounded by "Yes" men/women and is highly vindictive
