As I write this review, the NextAce system has been down for more than a week!!! I can only imagine what chaos must be going on inside this organization.
Keep that in mind if you're thinking about going to work there or are considering signing up to be a customer. The system has serious problems. It is very unstable, unable to pass a SOC2 audit, has security vulnerabilities that can't be fixed, and processes that are very immature. Customers (the ones that have stayed) are very unhappy, and the company has earned the reputation in the market that "Everyone's tried it - but no one keeps it". Worst of all, the CEO (when he's there) yells at people, threatens employees' jobs, and consistently pushes his team well beyond its capabilities. The latter occurs frequently which results in problematic software delivered to customers without adequate testing, which in turn breaks existing functionality causing customers frustration and dissatisfaction.
