      Pros

      Nextech is newer in the Utah region but they have proven to be one of the best HVAC companies in the state. A lot of great growing opportunities for both newer and experienced HVAC techs. Not union and dispatch from company vehicle. They take good care of their techs.

      Cons

      Because they aren’t union you will get overtime and may have to work long hours in the summer
