      Pros

      Nextep is awesome! I am starting a new career and the level of support has been amazing. I am in my first year of employment and am grateful to have an awesome boss, a great team, and meaningful work. Nextep knows how to have fun and work hard. They even have great coffee. This is a great place to get plugged into and learn from others. This company is going somewhere and is worth coming over to.

      Cons

      Work from office 5 days a week. Paternity leave is 2 weeks.

      Pros

      This company had amazing leadership that really tries to support you and help you grow. They have established great processes in place to make you successful if you put in the work! I came from education as a teacher and they took my skills and helped me become successful in sales. Earning potential is high and base salary is great. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Another plus, they are also growing so there is lots of growth potential!
