      - Over the years the company gathered some of the very best talents I've encountered, pleasure to work with. - You can talk and clarify things with basically anyone in the "chain of command". - Even painful decisions like mass layoffs of 2022 (crisis hit us all) are carried with grace and honesty.

      Cons

      - Bonus system is volatile and depends solely on team executive and moon phase.
