Business Outlook
Pros
Great team including very smart and hard working team members. Everyone was very dedicated and had a go-getter attitude, which unfortunately gets suffocated by the CEO.
Cons
The CEO is overly controlling, never gives credit where credit is due and is an insane micromanager. When projects are going well he doesn't give any positive input and finds ways to degrade employees to the point of them walking out or ending up in tears. He scheduled meetings and doesn't show up expecting employees to wait until late evening hours when he decides to come into the office. Hello expects all teams to change directions at a drop of a dime just for his personal reasons.
