They understand that people’s families are counting on them to keep their loved ones employed. Owner knew everyone by name and worked to make them feel appreciated.

Sometimes worked too hard to keep employees that were not a good fit for role. Extremely lean environment, but they made it work.

Very lax environment with plenty of opportunities to learn something new every day. People are great and location is very easy to get to.

Can be slow during year end. Management can be volatile and very little employee engagement. Lack of opportunity for advancement.
