It will not be called NexusOp for very much longer as they are changing their name to CrownVoice because they are in trouble again!! I see people all the time talking about not getting calls and they are not told by the company that they are suppressed (fired) ( I have access to the information) People sit for hours and will NEVER get anymore calls and when I ask why they are not told, they say its because they are afraid the employee will sue them..Well guess what, MANY of the employees are suing them. They DROP campaigns without notice, it just closes and people find out from word of mouth with other employees. Support is a joke. There is not management to talk to unless you talk to a LEAD in a chat room on Skype. They shut down all the help rooms because they do not want the employees talking to each other so employees have made their own chats to try to help each other. It is very sad to see the employees treated this way.The calls are reducing for customer service as the campaigns are being shut down (3 out of 5 in the last year) The QA is pitiful as they have hired only a few to do this work and are so clueless and hurting employees who have done nothing wrong.(unless you know them, then your QA is ok.) They give and take money away all the time and also the price for leads is way high so there are many minuses on many of your calls. There is so much more but enough for now
