The people were nice and seemingly liked working together. f how workspaces should never be designed. Management was generally friendly in that "used-car salesman" way. However, the CEO is awesome...
Cons
Benefits and compensation package was insulting. Company's identity is unclear. Mission is unclear (other than lets find crazy ways to try to make money), while forsaking any reasonable business plan/approach. It's not a social network, it's not a job board, it's not a career management tool...so what IS it?...WHO are you as a company? No one seems to know. The offices are dismal and a reflection on how to never plan a workspace. Upper management consists of people who have "heart" (which is code for brown-nosers) and lack any true knowledge of how to innovate. This whole place seemed "cultish and wrong. I resigned after a little over 1 year to work for another company in the online employment space...along with about 10 of my other colleagues.
