They have no plans for the future. They don't know where the company is going. But judging by their current attitude, it is going down. Please don't join. The HR might beg you to join with all fake perks. Do NOT beleive them. Take the other offer you have, even if it is a lower pay, everyday office, and less growth currently. Any other offer is better than this.
