      Engineers if you have an option to stay un-employed and join the Communication Compliance team, please stay un-employed. The management team of this team specially the product owner knows hows to do the politics. He made the manager of the team move to different product and made me leave the team. He is a politics expert, knows only how to save his job and doesn't care about the team. He only please the management specially the director and director doesn't actually knows the inside of team. People on the Netherlands think he is an awesome but actually he is the one making the people leaving the team.

      Pros

      NiCE is not only in great financial shape, but also its culture of innovation and inclusion is fantastic. NiCE keeps growing and investing in their employees. There are plenty of opportunities for growth. It is refreshing to see a company that is able to recognize their employees, not only financially with a good salary and benefits, but also in training and recognition. It is also very exciting to see that NiCE is at the core of all the AI innovations, so if you like cutting edge technologies, this is the right place to be! There is always something to learn!
