Pros
Support, encouragement, and a full toolbox to get the job done are only a handful of reasons my excitement continues to grow with NICE. No one could have predicted that 90 days after starting a new role with a new company that we would be faced with a myriad of questions during a pandemic; nevertheless, I have continued to be encouraged and supported in new and meaningful ways. NICE leadership has fostered and allowed for adaptability and growth so that I may continue to achieve both my personal and professional goals - and deliver solutions to help my customers achieve their goals and overcome obstacles.
