R&D Compliance is mostly a support Org, where Engineers & Managers are hired under the name of R&D Engineer, but they mostly end up doing support work and fixing bugs for the legacy product which are moved from other locations in NICE. Most good performers prefer to leave NICE Compliance or move to other departments in NICE seeking good quality work and work-life balance within a year. The Senior Management R&D Compliance in Pune is biased and aggressive in decision making, not really concerned about the Careers of employees in the Compliance division, they keeps on moving resources from one project to another every 2 to 3 months depending on the support needs. Many Managers and senior folks left in the last year due to this management style. Senior Management pune is mostly engaged in collecting feedbacks and uses the same as per their needs. This is one of the main reasons for high attrition in NICE Compliance R&D Org. Technical Managers in Compliance R&D are regularly engaged in ordering food, T-shirts, organizing sports events, HR fun activities, booking hotels for workshops, and many non-technical activities. Please include this expectation in the Job Description, so that the Technical Managers taking up the assignments are aware and can make an informed decision.
