      Over heating very long hours, no backing from our upper management and no direction

      Thank you for your comments. We have updated the A/C system, increased staffing, reduced hours, and invested in our Management Resources, Leadership Team, and also Future Leaders of NPL with both internal and external training and development. We continue to grow and learn from our team members every day!
