Cons
highly recommend staying away from this company. The management operates in a very strange, almost cult-like manner.
Financial Irregularities: There are serious concerns regarding the handling of employee pensions and payments to suppliers. Salaries and bonuses are often delayed or withheld based on "policies" that are made up on the spot and bent whenever it suits the management.
Low Compensation & Poor Benefits: They offer low base salaries (around 8k ILS) and very minimal benefits (only 500 ILS Cibus).
Toxic Culture: They have no respect for work-life balance or holidays. For example, employees are forced to work until 4 PM on holiday eves, or face pay cuts.
Broken Promises: Management constantly lies to employees. I personally saw a talented support team member who was promised a move to R&D if he passed an exam; he passed, but they never fulfilled their word.
Obsessive Management: The CEO and his assistant focus on their personal beliefs and interests rather than running a professional tech company.
