Pros
The people are amazing. The culture makes everyone feel like they belong right away. The teams are very well organized and collaboration is phenomenal within the teams and amongst the different teams as well. A great place to get lots of good experience and grow as a developer. There is not a boring day at NinjaOne. We are constantly innovating and challenging ourselves. No matter the how big the challenge is we always put quality at the top of our priorities.
Cons
As a growing company with lots of challenges and milestones to reach there is lots of work to be done and sometimes it may feel a little overwhelming for some people so expect that to be the case.
