Cons

The leadership here is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Expectations and processes constantly change with little to no communication. Hardly any Account Managers hit their goals due to unreasonable churn policies. Leadership shows no appreciation or respect for veteran AMs who have been with the company for years and doesn’t even conduct exit interviews to understand why so many are leaving. There’s virtually no support—you’re left to figure everything out on your own. The training is inadequate, yet you’re still expected to perform at a high level. I fear for what the salary range is here you are better off at a more organized company and org,

Great people, supportive leadership, and a collaborative culture. I appreciate the flexibility and trust employees are given. The work is meaningful, communication is open, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and contribute across teams.

Cons

Fast growth means processes are still evolving, and priorities can change from time to time.

The work culture here is fantastic, and you get to work alongside truly great people every single day. As a tech recruiter, the fast-growing environment is incredibly exciting and dynamic. One of the best parts of the job is the massive exposure you get to the overall business and long-term strategy, which really helps you grow your professional acumen
