Pros

A lots of overtime and pay is responsible .

Cons

I was working at home goods in Houston brunch. One team leader (non Japanese speaker) was very jealous of me and treated me disrespectful. He said, I sexual assault him , which was not true ( I am female and contact a fewer times asking about jobs) also, he accused me for losing a file which showed up next working day. HR seen it and had a meeting including him. Even one manager wrote me apologizing email. How ever his attitude didn’t change. I appreciate what management did to make things better. However, he was acting same as before and I was targeted by him and some team member, When I had a problem with him 2nd time, my contact was terminated. Workers around me says, I can sue him and I will win, but I am from an agency.
