Fun, relaxed, outdoor adventure company. The owners are amazing people and they're very easy to talk to. You can go to work in very casual clothes. Amazing views and people to work with! You can make use of all services for free.
Cons
Salary is not so high but makes up for the less stress and amazing employer and colleagues and everything mentioned in the pros section.
