As a global organization, we know it can get tough sometimes to engage across time zones. In order to ease these interactions, we have set up blackout times for each timezone. This enables our colleagues can plan for calls outside their timezone for a set time and blackout the rest of the time slots appearing in the after-working-hours zone.
