Pros

The staff were great! I've got nothing bad to say about the staff. There's no bad blood, we get along very very well, and all I could say are good things about them. How everyone's so dedicated, diligent, and passionate about their work. How they put the team's goals before everything else. Though that's the reason we suffer from extreme fatigue and anxiety. We're stressed, extremely overworked and exhausted!

Cons

Leadership has terrible work ethics! They force employees to work like slaves, ready to take calls 24/7!! It's like they own us, own our life! It's obvious that work-life balance here is awful! They blame you when you're sick and need a sick day off! It's actually ridiculous how they blame everything in the employees! When it's their incompetence and unethical practices that brings the company in terrible situations! The overall work environment is toxic and unhealthy, where proper boundaries aren't observed. Employees suffer tremendously pushing each one to leave the company!

Pros

Not just about politics – it’s about bringing people together and trying to do things differently. Transparency about what’s happening and where things are headed. Clear initial training to help you get settled. Regular Zoom events and check-ins to keep everyone in the loop. Thoughtful, smart, and collaborative people. Overall, a great spot if you like taking initiative and being part of something bigger than yourself.

Cons

You’ll need to be comfortable figuring things out as you go.

Pros

If you're fresh out of college, you can at least get your foot in the door here.

Cons

- Severely disorganized and chaotic organization. - C-Level executives are completely disconnected from what is actually happening. - Leadership constantly says one thing and does the opposite. - Compensation and benefits are awful, with constant lowball offers to strong candidates. - Turnover never stops. - I strongly warn anyone against considering a position here.
