A few good technical people who at least have a grasp on reality and what the product can actually do.
Cons
Very much marketing led with a glossy spin to try to hide the ageing technology that lies beneath. Struggling to even maintain let alone gain market share in a rapidly changing environment. Big stick approach by incompetent management causing rapid UK staff turnover across all areas.
