People were generally a good bunch, which contradicts a few of the reviews on here.
Cons
If you’re thinking of employment then negotiate your package, don’t assume things like a pension are included, although they have been forced to introduce the bear minimum now. Ask for more leave, if they want you they’ll provide a few more days. If you’re thinking of staying only settle on a salary you’re prepared to remain on, pay raises are not forth coming. Very little freedom, be prepared to work 9 – 5 in the office, fine if you know up front and that’s your thing. They’ll expect you to work outside of these hours when it suits them, don’t expect any thanks or reward. If you’re an ethical person this probably isn’t the company for you, they fleece customers with huge markups on old technologies. Very sales driven organisation. Perks in Sales, if you work anywhere else don’t expect much.
