- Founder takes effort in learning progress of new members and I was happy to get the kind of support in more Indian way (He was just like an elder brother to me and pushed me to perform better, grasp new things faster and move up in the role - More Casual and Indian version of learning, working together instead of transactional - They will not give up but work with you to improve - They give straight feedback and I took it positively, no sugar coating was done - When I discussed about my higher education - they supported me in all means and we are still in touch after my resignation - After leaving, they will continue the mentorship - It's life long relationship they build

- They challenged me with new roles and expected me to learn, read a lot and finish courses to upgrade

Nothing to say much about company

Fake locations they didnt have work location except that room in gera building in pune . but they mention bengaluru , austin as their address at website . In my 5 years of service, i have never seen such a worst work culture
