I wonder who came with the splendid idea of having that many managers will solve the issues our products have ! instead of hiring 3 guys who will be keen to work a lot and get their hands dirty, you hired some senior managers with a long experience (meaning: very high salaries) and yet none have what it takes to find a clue to our problems : well it doesn't take a management degree to guess the clue: stop talking and start working ! but managers are paid to just talk ... and yet, salary increase has been frozen this year due to managers not meeting their objectives ! they got the highest salaries, there should be a salary cut, and increase with that the salaries of their team members. That's how they will shut the hell off and start working !
