- their payment policy with freelancers: they asked a 60-day payment term but don't even respect it. They paid me after 3 months, and after a lot of emails to get my money. when they paid... - it's obvious the agency doesn't have much money: the office just looks like an old flat. Not real amenities to feel the place pleasant to work in. - lack of clients (they only get one single client at the time I was there. And fired a lot of perms) - no real management, lack of organization, communication, and experience.
