Nearly 10 years with this company. Management care and help with career advancement. There is a family feel. People are valued and principles are upheld. Its a great place to learn a trade and courses and further education is offered. If you're ambitious then there is always a new challenge. Various professions needed including designing, site management, electrical, mechanical and business management along with marketing etc. Something for everyone

Work on site can be long hours but to be fair this is to be expected and its not 100% of the time. I believe that work put in and extra effort, going above and beyond really pays for itself long term. Positive can do attitude is what is needed.

There are no pros to working here. They'll big it up at the interview but once you're in, you'll regret it.

High turnover of staff, No work, homelife balance, substandard, Unprofessional, poorly managed, unappreciated, bullying environment where nothing is enough. No support, no training, expectations to work in your own time. Expected to work 50 plus hours a week.
