Pros
I have worked for Norango for over a year and love nothing more than the flexibility that comes with the job, you have the ability to work as many hours as you like, as well as having a say when you work, so it can fit around your current needs, say you are a busy mum on the school run, and can only work between 10am and 2pm or you are more of an an evening person and would rather work later hours you have that choice. There is also excellent training from dedicated training staff and a large and supportive management team, so although you work remotely you are never alone!
We are a happy friendly team and nothing is to much trouble we all help and support each other.
Also being a remote job I can work from anywhere in the world.
Cons
I do not have any negative comments.
