Pros
Some good reasons to work at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore is for the experience. It's good for beginners to learn how to be patience with people and customers. Employees will get a lot of complaints here from customers therefore they will learn how to resolve disputes and be patience which is a great skill to have.
Cons
Some downsides of working here include low pay for the amount of work. No progress evaluation, therefore employees don't get raises unless they keep bothering management for it. Management needs training in organization behavior. Employee morale is very low here therefore it brings everyone else down.
