Pros
I’ve been with the company for five and half years. The staff is friendly and everyone treats each with respect. As a college student Norm Reeves has been lenient with my work schedule. They have allowed me to set a schedule that would not conflict with my classes. They also offer tuition reimbursement. The work environment is not stressful and there are many opportunities to grow within the company.
Cons
I have nothing negative to say. I was given the chance to work for this company with no past experience in the automotive industry, and I’m thankful for the opportunity.
