      Flag hour pay with no guaranty hours. The advisers are relentless. Management is almost always overwhelmed.

      The vision is exciting and I know they want to see me grow! It's nice to work in an auto group that cares about their employees and customers. Great medical benefits! Appreciate the support from all of our shared services teams!

      It's time to improve some benefits like our PTO program and 401k.
