They truly care about the people employed for them, they take the time to give you the best onboarding possible. They truly care for each and every single employee and you can feel it.

CEO is a highly emotional leader, and his style tends to be quite micromanaging. People hesitate to speak up or challenge ideas.

This is why we invest so much in creating a culture of transparency (monthly all-hands, regular comms on slack, all team targets achievement available on company-wide documents, Eletive platform to collect people's feedback - anonymously or not, etc.).
