Majority of employees are great to work along side. Free fruit, coffee and biscuits. Younger, motivated team

1 hour minimum of unpaid overtime expected every day. Third person in my role within a year, but huge turn over across the board. Culture of blame in admin team. Senior management lacks communication skills across teams.
