Generally had a really positive experience and I'm glad I interned at North Ridge. - you get analyst work: good involvement in different workflows and get to sit in on some client meetings - team is invested in your learning: if you prove yourself, you will get more responsibilities and room to grow in the areas you want to develop - great people to work with: learnt a lot working on deals with the SG and AU teams and had a great experience because everyone is highly driven.
