      Pros

      knowing that you made a difference in someones elese life. By serving the community and providing that transportation service.

      Cons

      Staff in the oval office do not communicate well with the staff outside the oval office. Theres too much hush hush there and it causes problems with all employees.

      Pros

      Good collaboration amongst therapists and teachers.

      Cons

      Upper level admin are out of touch with what the classroom staff and therapists are actually dealing with. They haven't been in a classroom in so long that they are out of touch with what is current best approach.

      Pros

      Very meaningful work, wonderful coworkers. You couldn't ask for a better group of STAFF to work with. Program coordinators sincerely care about their staff and the students in their programs.

      Cons

      Upper management does not seem to care that their staff is their greatest asset other than token staff appreciation afternoon.
