The Partners are all approachable and there is no real sense of hierarchy. Their doors are open and your views are considered to be important. They are always keen to get feedback and listen to ideas, encouraging personal and professional growth. I have been working for NorthEdge for two years and its been the most rewarding role I've done. You are part of a team and we focus on our culture and values. There are many opportunities to get involved in projects across the firm. We are encouraged by the leadership team to push ourselves through training opportunities. The Partners seek ideas from colleagues across the business, are willing to listen and be challenged to continuously improve our business.
