      The individuals served are the only great positive thing about this employer. These adults are there because they are mentally ill, and they need people who care.

      Cons

      99% of the staff that work here are there for the paycheck and benefits. They feel if you start to "care" about the individuals, that you will be weak and they will take advantage of you.
