Great Company - Installer Northeastern Protection Service Employee Review

There are no pros for working with this company

So, in a year I've worked for this Company, I experienced many discripencies with that being said, the guards are sleeping on the job, your coworkers have harassed me for 6 months cause my coworker was the Supervisor's wife, I've had my reports deleted, timesheets deleted, phone numbers changed so it would call the company's boss I was working at late at night instead of where I was supposed to be calling, I've been told that I'm too skinny which is a human's rights complaint right there, cause they had no clothes to fit me, waited 5 months for the proper clothing, they threaten to keep money off my pay when I gave my week's notice, they haven't paid me my last two weeks of work plus another two weeks when I first started which is 4 weeks pay in total plus my vacation pay, they use abusive language towards their employees... they lose contracts cause the guards are sleeping on the job and they have nobody to replace them, they call you non stop to work aside from your normal shifts cause their employees don't show up for work especially on pay day...the vehicles are dirty, the public is talking bad about them but they use them cause they're the cheapest

Support from the office is good, they help when shifts need to be filled. Help make the role not too overwhelming, mobile supervisors take some of the stress off of the site supervisors to deal with certain things after hours. Good communication, issues are addressed pretty quickly. I had the exact same role with a previous company and I am 10x happier with Northeastern. Felxability with the schedule, there hasn't been a time when someone really needed the time off where we haven't been able to make it work.

Honestly, most of the cons are an industry thing and Northeastern does the best they can with what they have. Wages are a little low, with no increases while the prices of everything are increasing which is my only real complaint that isn't just an industry-wide con.
