      No cons from me, but I didn't choose their health insurance so I am not sure how it is.

      Pros

      I have worked at NHS for 5 years and I love the team I am a part of. Benefits are great and I love the amount of VST I get. Work life balance could use some work, but the schedule can be flexible.

      Cons

      HR can be one sided.
