The office has very friendly employees and for the most part its an upbeat environment. They really try their best to make sure you understand your job, expectations, and review salary often. I appreciated how willing to work with you on schedule changes they are. I was a full time student while working here and they had no problem adjusting my schedule so that i could work AND go to school full time.
Cons
The claws come out when you're doing extremely well. Many times people you think are looking out for your best interests will begin to do things for the sake of making sure you fail. people at the time were in constant fear of loosing their jobs, so they seemed to work their hardest to make sure anyone BUT them lost their job.
