      Pros

      The benefits are fantastic. The customer base is very loyal and great to work with. A personal feeling with other store associates and head office personnel. The employee discount is great!

      Cons

      Upper management does not respect store associates. There is no loyalty to their associates. Health and safety issues are not dealt with in a timely manner.
